Private Label Bag Manufacturer for Custom Brand Programs

Coordinate product customization, logos, labels, packaging, barcodes, and repeat-order control as one private-label program.

  • MOQ from 100 pieces
  • Sampling in 7-10 days
  • Bulk production in 25-35 days
  • Initial response within 12 hours

Choose a Private Label Bag Program

Use a private label program when the bag needs to arrive as a complete brand item, not as an unbranded product with a last-minute logo. The starting point can be an existing product direction, an OEM design, or an ODM concept.

  • Define the selling channel and target customer.
  • Choose how deeply the structure, materials, and appearance will be customized.
  • Plan repeat-order version control from the first sample.

Plan Logos, Labels and Brand Touchpoints

Map every brand touchpoint before sampling. Start with exterior and interior logos, woven or printed labels, zipper pulls, hardware marks, and color system. Then confirm care labels, information labels, hangtags, inserts, and packaging.

  • Match each method to the target material and construction.
  • Approve placement, size, color, and production artwork.

Coordinate Hangtags, Barcodes and Packaging

Retail, e-commerce, and wholesale programs often need different barcodes, warning labels, information labels, hangtags, and inserts. Polybags, retail boxes, master cartons, and shipping marks should be sent with the market and channel context.

  • Do not assume one packaging format fits every channel.
  • Validate artwork, data, and placement before bulk production.

Beyond the label

Customize the Bag beyond the Label

Private label can include shape, size, compartments, material combinations, colors, hardware, and carrying systems. Prints, trims, and packaging can also become part of the brand program. It is not only a surface logo, and the chosen depth should support the buyer purpose.

  • Prioritize product differentiation that affects use or recognition.
  • Keep each variant tied to a controlled specification.

Approve Samples and Packaging before Production

The approval set should cover the bag, logo execution, labels, hangtags, packaging, barcodes, and carton information. If one item changes after approval, record whether it creates a new sample or production version.

  • Review product and packaging together.
  • Keep buyer-approved artwork and physical references accessible to production.

Plan MOQ, Timing and Repeat Orders

The standard starting MOQ is 100 pieces. Sampling takes 7-10 days and bulk production 25-35 days after the relevant specifications are confirmed. Repeat orders should reference the approved version and list every requested change.

Buyer questions

Is private label only about adding a logo?

No. A private label bag program can include logo method, woven labels, patches, hangtags, barcodes, packaging, carton marks, colors, hardware finish, and sometimes structure changes. The product and brand presentation should be approved together.

What brand files should I prepare?

Prepare vector logo files, Pantone or color references, label artwork, hangtag or barcode files if needed, packaging direction, carton mark requirements, and any retail compliance notes. If the files are not final, ZWbags can identify what must be locked before production.

Can the bag itself be customized in a private label project?

Yes. Within the confirmed product scope, size, material, pockets, lining, closures, reinforcement, hardware, and carrying details can be adjusted. The key is to confirm these decisions on the sample before approving bulk production.

How should repeat orders be managed?

Repeat orders should reference the approved sample, material records, color standard, logo method, packaging files, and change list. If anything changes, it should be reviewed before bulk production so the repeat order stays aligned with the brand version.
